Rates & Rental Conditions
Monthly rate
The rental rate is €4,000 per month throughout the year.
Electricity and water consumption are not included and must be paid in full by the tenant.
Security deposit
A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required. It will be returned at the end of the stay, provided that the property is left in the same condition in which it was received and there are no outstanding utility bills or other amounts due.
Booking process
Once we confirm by email that your requested dates are available, we will hold them for 24 hours without requiring any payment.
To continue with the booking process, you must confirm your interest by email within this 24-hour period. We will then send you the booking document and the bank details required to make a €1,000 booking payment.
Once this payment has been received, the requested dates will be reserved for you for 7 days. During this period, you must provide all the documentation required to verify the reason and temporary nature of your stay. The rental agreement must also be reviewed and signed within this period.
The €1,000 booking payment will be deducted from the first rental payment.
Important information
Villa Azahar is offered exclusively for temporary stays and is not available for holiday or tourist accommodation.
Tenants must provide a valid reason for their temporary stay, such as work, studies, medical treatment, relocation or family circumstances. Supporting documentation will be required before the rental agreement can be completed.
